Fall 2016: Flowing & Sitting Qi Gong

We will continue restorative movement and review the fundamentals of Qi Gong. We will spend time on the 8 Flowing Forms and also learn the Sitting Forms, which are profoundly nourishing and incorporate a meditative element. The Sitting Forms are espcially nourishing as a winter practice. This class is wonderful for all levels of experience.
