Compassionate, Wholistic Care for Body, Mind & Spirit

Healing is a process of internal harmony of body, mind and spirit. We aspire to vibrant living through all the seasons of nature and seasons of life.
Chinese medicine teaches the way of life and living in harmony for radiant well-being.
Mission Statement
In the traditional way, I offer individual care, working one-to-one with each person to support and nourish each person’s innate healing and regenerative capacity. With Chinese medicine as my framework, I integrate herbal, nutritional, dietary, and lifestyle recommendations along with gentle energy work (Jin Shin Jyutsu) or acupuncture as appropriate.
I love offering self-help instruction to empower a person’s healing process and expand understanding. As a lifelong learner, I continually study, research, and write to foster my growth and deepen my practice.
